Once you approve it we print, and from that point we can’t refund a change of mind. A printing fault, breakage or a wrong spelling is always a free reprint.

Wrong charm, wrong words, too formal, too silly. We redo it.
Up to that moment, changes are free and so is a refund. After it, your award is being made for one named person — so anything that doesn’t match what you approved is remade free, but from there it’s a remake rather than a refund. It’s the reason we never print first.

It’s a solid object with real weight in the hand — about 7cm tall, the sort of thing that sits on a desk rather than in a drawer. Matt finish with a fine texture to it, not shiny plastic. The charm and the base are separate pieces that fit together. Made from PLA, a plant-derived plastic, in our own studio in the UK, and hand-finished and checked one at a time before it’s boxed.
