Refund policy

Every award is designed for one specific person, so we do not want you buying blind. The whole point of the render step is that you see it before it exists.

Full refund before printing

At any point before you approve your 3D render, you can pull out and get 100% of your money back. You do not have to give a reason. Email award@smallbutmighty.uk and we will refund to your original payment method, usually within 3 working days.

That includes:

• you do not like the charm we chose;
• the wording does not read right;
• the whole thing is not what you pictured;
• the person it was for has changed their leaving date.

All fine. Ask and it is refunded.

After you have approved

Once you approve the render we start printing, and because each award is personalised — a specific name, a specific set of words — we cannot resell it to anyone. So after approval the order is not refundable for a change of mind.

Two exceptions, and we do not quibble about either:

• If what arrives does not match the render you approved, we remake it or refund it — your choice.
• If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we remake it and ship it free.

Being made to order also means the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply to a personalised award once we have started making it. The pre-approval refund above is what we offer in its place, and it is a wider window than the law asks for.
