Terms of service

Plain version: you pay, we design it, you approve it, we make it. If you do not like the design, you get your money back. If you have approved it and we have made it, it is yours.

We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on our prices and no VAT to reclaim. Your invoice will say so.

Price and minimum order

£25 per award with a charm from our range. This is our founding rate for early customers and it will go up later. If you have ordered at £25, that is the price you paid — we will not come back for more. A custom charm, designed from scratch for one person, is priced separately on the product page.

Minimum order is 3 awards. UK delivery is free.

What you get

Each award is a printed charm on a printed base, made to order, about 7cm tall. The wording on the base is what you give us, within the space available — roughly 5 words and 28 characters across the front. We will tell you if what you have asked for will not fit, and suggest something that will.

You are buying a physical object. You are not buying the 3D files, and we do not supply them.

The approval step

Within 2 working days of your order we send you a 3D render of the award we intend to make. Nothing gets printed until you reply and approve it.

You get up to 2 rounds of revisions included. If you want changes beyond that, we will quote you honestly rather than quietly absorb it.

If you go quiet, we will chase twice. After 30 days with no reply we will cancel and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout, before we start. That is what pays for the design time.

Cancelling

Because everything is made to your specification, the standard 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply once manufacturing has started. What we give you instead is better: a full refund at any point before you approve the render. See our refund policy.

If we get it wrong

If we make a mistake — wrong name, wrong wording, wrong charm, damaged in the post — we remake it and pay the postage. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are a very small studio: we can put an award right, we cannot cover consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
