Shipping policy

We make every award to order, so nothing ships until you have approved it.

How the timing works

• You order and pay.
• Within 2 working days we send you a 3D render of your actual award — the charm, the wording, exactly as it will be made.
• You approve it, or ask for a change.
• Once you approve, we print, finish, pack and dispatch within 5 working days.

So from payment to your desk is usually about a week and a half, and most of that is waiting on you to look at the render.

Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend beyond our standard minimum of 3 awards. We send via Royal Mail, tracked. You will get the tracking number by email when it goes.

We do not ship outside the UK at the moment. If you need us to, email award@smallbutmighty.uk and we will see what we can do.

Damaged in transit

If something arrives broken, send us a photo within 14 days and we will remake it and send it out. No charge, no argument.
